Helps learners with multiple disabilities develop task-oriented behavior that is self-regulating. Focuses on the kinds of problem-solving skills that encourage the functional use of objects. The first section stresses task orientation and exploration of the physical properties of objects. Section two addresses skills related to using objects in work sequences at a more advanced level. Recommended ages: functional ages 2 to 7 years, for parents and professionals.
